Re: EDB Cloud Edition, still no sign of a pricing model yet and I wonder if EC2's upcoming persistent storage option might not remove one of its biggest selling points, i.e. as a work-around to EC2's current ephemeral disk storage.

Re: SimpleDB, I figure a SimpleDB-like "cloud data warehouse" service would be a killer-app for the use of cloud technology in medium-to-large enterprises.
